Wir machen innerbetriebliche Logistik sicher!

Arbeitsschutz + Logistiksteuerung = IntraSafety

IntraSafety

IntraSafety is the complex information network from and to vehicles in logistics for the

  • Recording of vehicle movements
  • Control and management of vehicles
  • Prevention of accidents
  • Optimization of logistics processes

The central elements here are:

  • The IntraSafety Matrix
  • The IntraSafety Platform
  • The IntraSafety Web Service

The IntraSafety Matrix

The IntraSafety matrix is the visible sensor network in logistics.

  • NoColl IntraSafety sensors on the building structure on traffic routes covering areas and individual positions and passage ways
  • NoColl IntraSafety sensors on the vehicles integrated in the DAS spoiler

The NoColl-IntraSafety sensors in the roof area of the building are networked via individual area-related route controllers. They record and identify the individual vehicles, their positions and direction of travel and pass this status information on to the matrix controller.

The matrix controller is the central intelligence for the event and position determined control of the vehicles, speed reduction, lift height control, etc., via the individual route controllers and their networked NoColl IntraSafety sensors.

The matrix controller constantly assesses the status information about positions and vehicle movements and, via the individual NoColl IntraSafety sensors, triggers

  • A reduction in speed
  • The stopping of the vehicle
  • An active warning
  • The limitation of the lift height
  • Or other customer-specific actions for the prevention of accidents.

The matrix controller is at the same time the interface to the IntraSafety platform.

The IntraSafety Platform

The IntraSafety platform is the central and superordinate database. Here, all status information is given a timestamp, is stored and is available for further analyses and the compilation of statistics. From this data knowledge is gained for route optimization and material flow management.

The IntraSafety Web Service

The primary task of the IntraSafety web service is data processing and status and event logging. It provides functions for the display of the data. For this, the customer's own infrastructure (LAN) is used for the communication via TCP.

Optionally, customer's own systems up to SAP interfaces for goods and storage location management can be implemented.

Vehicle Equipment

Spoiler with Integrated InfoBox

An InfoBox integrated in the DAS spoiler is the logbook of the vehicle's equipment. A small box that stores and collects the so-called event data locally on the vehicle and passes them on to the database of the IntraSafety platform.
